Shipping Policy

At 99 Mulligans, we know you want to get your gear out on the course as fast as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Please note: If we are running a major new collection drop, processing times may take an extra day or two. We appreciate your patience while we get your gear dialed in!

2. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

3. International Shipping

  • NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch a typo in your address, email us immediately at 99mulligans@gmail.com. If the order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we will happily update it for you.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If you received your tracking number but your package is taking a strange detour, or if your gear arrives damaged, please reach out to us at 99mulligans@gmail.com within [7] days of the delivery date. We’ll look into it with the carrier right away and make sure you get taken care of.
